Royal Caribbean and the travel agent worked with them to help plan the entire trip, assisting them in finding the best deal on not only airfare for themselves but also for our entire family. Once on the ship they also set up programs for the 35 of us, letting us have a dining room to ourselves one night and letting us have all inclusive access to a pool on the ship. In my experience with this agency they have shown my family and I great courtesy.

My experience with this organization has been very good so far. I had the time of my life on the cruise I took with this agency and I can honestly say it is because of how hard their employees worked, and also how well they treated us. They showed me the value of hard work and also exemplified to me the right way to run a business. This agency fits into the tourism and hospitality industry because it help people travel away from the environment that they are normally accustomed to, and serving them to make them as comfortable as possible. There are many pros about working in this industry, they include the fact that there is a possibility to travel to many exotic locations. Also there are many opportunities for advancement in the organization and there is a possibility to make a lot of money with this corporation.
